5. Booking Services

As a registered user, you may use the Website to search and book accommodations listed on the platform. All bookings are subject to availability and individual hotel terms, which may include cancellation, refund, and check-in policies.

You may post reviews, comments, and other content where permitted. By posting content:

  • You grant CeylonGetaway a non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display such content.

  • You affirm that you own or have rights to the content and that it does not infringe on third-party rights.

Your personal data will be handled in accordance with the Sri Lanka Personal Data Protection Act, No. 9 of 2022 and our Privacy Policy. By registering, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your data for the purposes of operating this Website.

8. Termination of Account

CeylonGetaway reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at its sole discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in any form of misconduct.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CeylonGetaway, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Website, your violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Modification of Terms

CeylonGetaway reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of your account after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
